Free Online Gatherings for Healing, Awareness, and Inner Alignment Let 2026 be the year you devote yourself to healing, awakening, and remembering who you truly are.
Let’s harness the power of collective intent! Each month on the first or second Sunday at 8 PM CET (2 PM EST), I’ll offer a free live Alignment Session — a short, heart-centered online gathering designed to help you realign your energy, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your essence. These sessions weave together elements of yoga, meditation, energy healing, and energy healing, all guided by that month’s theme from Alignments.
A live30-minute (approx.) guided inner alignment blending teaching, reflection, and simple healing practices.
A Q&A and community chat afterward (off-recording, for privacy and authenticity) for all attending live.
Replay links of the main teaching will be sent to all who subscribe.
Each month’s session will also be offered as a replay on YouTube and as an audio meditation on Insight Timer, so you can return to the practice anytime.
These sessions are designed for anyone seeking spiritual alignment, emotional balance, and deeper connection whether you’re new to the path or have been walking it for years. We work together in service to ourselves, each other, and the Greater Good. Take a half hour each month to realign with your truth gently, intentionally, and together with other committed souls.
